About CSI Water

Located in Ashland, Ohio, where it was founded in 1995, CSI Water Treatment Systems is a division of Chandler Systems, Inc., a family of companies with decades of experience bringing new and innovative technologies and products to the water treatment industry.

Our CSI Water team is dedicated to improving water quality through the development of water treatment products, design engineering services and educational programs to provide the utmost in quality and support for our valued customers.

  • On September 1, 1995, Bill Chandler formally began CSI Water Treatment Systems, a division of Chandler Systems Inc. As one of the co-founders of Water Soft Inc., Bill brought his experience and innovation to CSI that built one of the most successful water treatment companies in the industry.
  • In 1995 CSI introduced its first propriety product, the ReactR™, an advanced innovation in the treatment of water using a natural aeration process.
  • In 2003 the Signature Series™, Chandler Systems first proprietary control valve, was introduced to the market.
  • In 2012 innovation continues as the Signature Series 2™ control valve is introduced.
  • Along with the introduction of the new Signature Series 2™ in 2012, the Nitro™ Single Tank Aeration System for iron and sulfur removal was released.
  • In 2015 the Sidekick™ Single Tank Aeration Filter with Ozone Complete featuring the Industry’s first single tank aeration filter with the control valve separated from the filter tank is added to our line.
  • In 2016 the Legacy View Bluetooth App was released to simplify setup of Chandler Systems Control Valves.
  • The Signature 3™ next generation of Chandler Systems control valves were released in 2018.
  • We are driven to constantly innovate with a focus on hard to treat problem water. With the ever-improving line of Signature control valves, industry leading Nitro & Sidekick iron filters and many new products on the horizon, CSI remains dedicated to providing clean, safe water for your residential and commercial needs.

Training Center

We built our training facility at the CSI Water Training Center to help us learn from our customers, and to provide a top-notch environment for equipping water treatment dealers and technicians with the latest innovations and knowledge of water technologies.

To be a certified CSI technician, you must attend the Platinum Certification Program at our Training Center. After completing the session, each technician is fully equipped with the skills to service and install the entire line of CSI Water products.

We’re committed to investing significant amounts of time and energy to ensure that our dealers are knowledgeable about not only our products, but also water treatment issues and technologies, in general.

Research & Development

At CSI Water, we’re committed to ongoing R&D that leads to true innovation and breakthrough technologies in the water treatment industry. That’s why we research, design and engineer our own innovative products in-house, and thoroughly test and prove every new design in our onsite, state-of-the-art test laboratory.

We have decades of history of pushing the limits of what’s possible in water treatment, and we believe that our commitment to R&D will be what continues to distinguish CSI Water in the industry for decades to come.
